  9. Donation Refund Policy
    • Devta Life Foundation takes great care to process donations according to the instructions of our donors, both online and offline. However, in the unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if a donor wishes to cancel their donation, we will respond within 7 working days of receiving a valid refund request. The timing of the refund will depend on the type of credit card or banking instrument used during the transaction.
    • To request a refund, donors must send a written request to Devta Life Foundation’s official address or email devtalife@gmail.com within 2 days of making the donation.
    • The request must include proof of the donation amount and, if a donation receipt has already been issued, the original receipt must be returned to our office. If a tax exemption certificate has already been issued, we regret that we cannot refund the donation. However, if a valid refund request is due to an error on our part, we will refund the donation and bear the cost.
